It has been established that dog parks are the most used parks in any city across the country.
Where is the Whitewater Dog Park?
In Whitewater, Wisconsin.
The park already exists and is being maintained by the city Park & Rec. Dept. It is in the Industrial Park and you’ll find the park on the south end. Look for the Moraine View Park.
